Lead Pastor
Frances Clower
Desiring to serve the loving, laughing Jesus I met at an early age, I led Bible studies and headed up the nursery at my church as a teen. As an adult I served in various ministries including teaching, worship and youth.
In 1988 I moved to Humboldt County and became the Co-Pastor for 12 years and Senior pastor for an additional 5 years at New Hope Fellowship Foursquare Church. NHFFC introduced Elijah House training/prayer counseling to this county and became a training place for several who continue ministry today. I also served in the local county-wide Healing Rooms ministry as a prayer Counselor and Intercessor, and then became Co-Director of the Healing Waters ministry in Arcata.
As the pastor over Prayer Ministries at Coastline, my heart is to be an example of a servant-leader, ministering and equipping side by side with others. I enjoy teaching from the Word of God, and my desire is for others to see that prayer in not only something that we do, but also something that we are!

I love God. I love people. I love God's Word. It brings me great joy to see God move in people's lives bringing transformation, freedom, and acceptance. My goal and my purpose in life is directed to loving God more, loving others more, always giving God the glory and honor for His continued help and faithfulness to me. My present positions as overseer of Speedsters and CORE groups bring me greater opportunities to serve our Lord, to learn more effective ways of helping others, and develop those characteristics in me that please God.
My spiritual moto is: "I'm available Lord!"
